what are my options when it comes to spoilers

i am dangerously considering purchasing one of those M3 style lip spoilers on ebay. i have seen the oem spoiler but dont really like the look of that especially with the 3 mounts it has. i do like the oem lip spoiler but its impossible to come across that by itself. i know you can purchase the whole trunk lid with the lip spoiler on ebay but it would cost me upwards of 100.

so what are my options? i don't really want to drill on my trunk lid which is almost flawlesss (knocks on wood) leaving spots which could be prime real estate for rust development - i live in chicago.

you ave few if any options for a couple reasons...

1.

100 bucks for any spoiler would be considered cheap...especially if it came with a trunk too!

if your not willing to actually attach the spioler properly, then just leave it alone. drilling is the only correct way to adhear any spoiler to teh trunk(except the M3 one).

the only option your leaving yourself is the M3 one...which doesnt look that bad anyways.

i wouldnt pay that for the whole thing unless you need a trunk too. the M3 one is pretty much a piece of weather stripping that adhears with double sided tape. ive seen them and they dont look that bad on the cam. id pick that over the whole trunk/spoiler option for sure.

+1, spoilers are purely cosmetic, the coat racks on those civics are, well, just plain stupid
