96 Camry Axle Adjustment?

My back left tire is a little crooked, it is bent inwards. My uncle looked under the car and said he didn't spot any signs of a crooked axle. He said he also saw a bolt on the end of the axle that allows for adjustment. Is it possible that the adjustment could straighten it, or is it more probable that the idiot first owner spun out and rammed a curb?

You could adjust it yourself, but to get it close to good alignment without proper equipment is hard. It'd be easier to just go get an alignment at a good shop.

Ask friends for an alignment shop recommendation if they have any. Preferably with a calibrated Hunter alignment machine.
