pop the housing in the oven to heat up the sealant, do again to re-apply. i think its like 200 degrees fro liek 5 mins is fine. then just pry it off. DO NOT try to pry off cold...youl will crack the lense.

take it apart and take off everything else except the housing and the lens.

i baked mine in 250F for 15-20 minutes and I then could pry off the lens with my fingers

Alternatively you can use a heat gun to heat up the along all the edges where the sealant is, heat it all first and then start to pry it up. Keep adding heat to a few inches along the edge where you are prying it up and it'll loosen up as you go.
I like this method better since the rest of the headlight is cold enough to hold while you pry up the lens, reduces chance of burn injuries. Just make sure you don't put too much heat on the lens directly or it can melt/deform it.
Also, if it's a little hard to push the lens back on, you can heat it again to soften up the sealant.
