3rd Generation Yet again: problem with my clutch

Thanks to a lot of ya people I finally got my clutch free and soft:
http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=301502
Now the problem is that whenever I'm stuck in a long jam, I have to keep the clutch pressed for a while, as the cars are moving very slowly.

This causes the clutch to loose its pump and its completely soft (cannot change the gear) and i have to let it go, and then after like 10- 20 secs the clutch automatically pumps back to normal pump level until i have to move slowly again, when it gets soft again!

I checked the master cylinder and the oil level is normal and clean and there is no leaks.

So what's the problem?

Try bleeding the slave cylinder. After bleeding it, add fresh fluid and bleed it again. Do this several times until all the old fluid is out. Top off with fresh fluid. Also check for leaks. Pull back the boot on the slave cylinder. If its wet, replace it. Check the hard line for corrosion and leaks. I read your previous thread and it would seem that the slave cylinder and hard line have not been replaced. I would suspect the problem lies with either of those parts.

This sounds very similar to what happens when the seal somewhere(maybe the piston? Don't remember) dislodges, allowing an initial 'bite' (of pressure building up), but then passes through the seal causing it to go soft and engaging the pressure plate against clutch. Happens to the brakes on dirtbikes occasionally.

Don;t know if you can get seal kits/rebuild kits, but if you can't, i think you might need a new master cylinder and/or slave.
