Some updated interior pics and quick question on es300

Hey guys its been a while since i posted on here i got into an accident with my camry and didnt drive it for a while. now i have it back but its front end is ugly needs a new bumper cover and another taurus lip, however the interior is still mint. I did some accent painting and led mods to it.











Also i just acquired a 1999 lexus es300, the heads need to be replaced and i'm replaceing the timing belt, water pump and putting in iridium plugs while i'm in there, now i know its the 1mzfe engine but i was doing some reading and found out at there were vvt 1mzfe engines in some es300's and wanted to know how i can tell the difference between vvt 1mzfe and regular 1mzfe cause i want to order the heads but dont want to buy the wrong ones. also do i have to look for a left head and a right head or is a head a head and doesnt matter which side is which? any tips much appreciated

lexus looks like this but dirty lol when i get it all fixed up and everything i'm gonna get it detailed
