re-installing VSV - help needed

I had a P0401 code on my 2000 Camry. Diagonosed the problem, found the VSV to be the problem.

I changed the VSV, which is attached the engine block under the intake manifold. I reset the CEL and after several days, the CEL hasn't reappeared and the CEL problem seems to be fixed :-)

The Bad: I could not re-attach the bolt that attached the VSV bracket to the engine block. The best access (if you can call it that) is from the passenger side wheelwell, but I cannot with one hand hold the bracket, locate it, insert the bolt and tighten it at the same time.

If anybody has some tips on how to do this, I would appreciate it. For the time being, I zip-tied the VSV to the rear engine mount so it would stay.

When I helped replaced my friend's VSV, we decided to just mount it in a different spot. I think it was with a hose holding bracket further down the engine block.
Doesn't have to go back to the original spot, just make sure it's bolted on good and the wires/hoses aren't stretched/strained, let there be some slack.
