Aux light help?

i searched and found this tut on how to install aux fog lights. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t182768.html

the whole fuse part is confusing because there is already a fuse in its place.

another question i got is that i installed a 1000w amp and (2) 12 in subs, but it soon drained my battery because my 80 amp alternator isnt good enough lol. i disconnected that and everything is fine now that i got a new battery.

will installing aux lights cause a strain on my car with an 80 amp alternator and new battery?

if anybody can provide a very detailed explanation for everything it'd be much appreciated
