Torque Specs chilton or toyota help please!!!

Hi i tried searching it out on the board but got several answers one as low as 5lbs up to 20 lbs.

I am trying to find out what is the factory spec for bolts or screws for the valve cover ?? and any other official torque specs for 1995 toyota camry v-6 xle ANY HELP PLEASE.

I have a friend who use to fix race cars who is going to help (actually do it themselves) change valve cover casket and spark plug gasket things in the morning asked me to get chilton from library, but my local library will be closed by time i can get there.
