Well my lowering springs for my Cam finally came and my friend is telling me its better to get struts also to go with the new springs... So my question is...are new struts needed? If they are what are the benefits?

They will have to travel shorter at different rate. Handling and ride comfort wont be optimal for sure, overtime your struts wear out faster too ...
