Exhaust Leak?

My exhaust makes a rattling noise sometimes during acceleration. I lifted the car and inspected the whole pipe and nothing seems to be loose or shaking. My uncle took a look at it and turned the car on to feel for a leak. He told me to put my hand behind the manifold (the metal piece under the hood with the "no hand" sign on it). I stuck my hand behind there and felt a good amount of exhaust blowing onto it. Is this something I'm going to have to go to an exhaust shop for?

Sounds like an exhaust doughnut (or gasket between ext manifold end and ext pipe closest to the engine) do the test again on a cold engine and try to determine if the leak is comming from the engine side or the manifold side..
