HID problem

I have a dual filament (HID xenon / Halogen) H4 bulb for my 99 Camry.

here is my problem i can wire my HID or Halogen to work correctly as a low beam.

however when i turn on my hi beams the headlights flicker and go out.

example:
HID xenon are wired up for lo beam.
turn on low beam, HID get powered and everything is fine.
now turn on hi beams, halogen flicker on and dies out.

then i have to turn off all the lights and turn on lo beams to get them my low beams to work again.

i hope that the 4th gen ppl out there can help me out. what is my problem, is it because there is not enough power? or do i require another ground?

yes, mines is a hi/lo bulb.
it is a dual filament bulb, meaning it has a HID xenon and a halogen fitted into a single bulb.

the bulb is a h4 bulb this is a 99 camry, 4th generation camry

is that what i should b looking for?

i asked the seller and they said that i require a bi-xenon HID harness, is there a difference?

to verify, having a relay harness will fix my problem with my halogen hi beams dying out after a short period.

you mean your colour temperature. your output is only about 3200 lumuns, but the colour is the diffrence with 5400k and up. (5400k is about a normal sunny day).

also it seems to me your problem is you dont have bi-xenon projectors, so that means you dont need the high beam your blinding all traffic anyway.
