i believe you have to wire up the halos but the rest is plug and play.

I have black halo headlights that I put on my 2000 Camry. There are also chrome halo headlights.

I got them for a total of $140 for the pair off of Ebay.

All you have to do is wire up the halos to your parking light wire, which is real easy. One of the wires goes to your green with orange stripe wire, and the other wire goes to the ground, which I just put under the bolt under the corner light.

The hardest part was getting the stock corner lights out the first time. Also because they are aftermarket lights they weren't exactly as easy to fit as the original stock ones. I really had to put a lot of pressure on the passenger side light to get the bolt aligned and bolt it down.

Oh before I installed them, I tried to make the adjustment screws on the new lights match the stock ones, and it seems to be just fine.

Just as Skuttduck said, low difficulty to install and since it's aftermarket from ebay, fitment might not be perfect. Ebay is about the easiest place to get them, you try looking, but ebay is your best bet.

I'd just like to add that for the halo wiring, get some wire splices/taps to make it much easier to install and remove if needed.

Halo light is just a decoration and doesn't help with lighting the road. It doesn't make the headlights HID so its still Halogen. Halo light is just a name to describe the headlight's change in appearance from stock headlights with nothing.

Most "halo rings" use LEDs like the one for those headlights, usually with just a plastic ring that has LED light reflecting inside it causing it to glow making a "halo." Some use higher quality and brighter Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lights (CCFL) shaped into a ring.
