sounds real good dog. and thank you SO MUCH for not doin the traditional ricer (mainly stupid ass honda) 2" exhaust pipes and 4" muffler fart tubes. looks good to. any1 think about a dual exhuast system? not tryin ta jack your thread jus thinkin out loud. and did you upgrade your headers?
Yea i have the celica custom headers on with a 2.5 inch pipe to the back no resonetors but ill be probably putting one in i want it a lil deeper and the exhaust is a megan racing. Doing a duel exhaust on a 5sfe will just loose you power since its only a 4 cyl and it doesnt push out that much air. Next what im doing is im going to get my intake manifold ported and polished for more air

I wouldnt do a duel exhaust to begin with..unless you changed the rear bumper with a kit cuz imo, it looks weird that on the right side above the muffler it has a groove that goes around. and the left side is just normal
sounds nice.
Eh, i dont think I could deal with the exhaust sounds personally, so i keep it stock, since any exhaust change wont delegate any good gains.

actually did something similar to that to a camry i had. didnt sound bad at all. 2.25" cat-back with resonator delete and a muffler with a 5" tip (ricey yes). it had a nice deep sound and didint sound like a honda even with the muffler.
i been thinking about doing some in-car and out-of car video just for that purpose. i've got a 7psi sc'd 1mz, jp headers, no cat, and greddy evo-ii cat-back. on the other end is an injen cai. of course, right now, my s/c is sitting on the workbench waiting to be bolted back on. plus i still need to do front valve cover gasket and plugs. and clean the air filter. and hook up the egr system again. and get a state inspection sticker... yay.
does photobucket automatically convert your video to FLV or did you have to convert it? my camcorder puts out raw AVI via firewire.

Damn Gibson nice set up by next summer im gonna be boosting to If you get a chance let me hear your exhaust cuz a lot of people have done that exhaust but i didnt hear it yet. Photobucket will and should do the conversion on yours video. nice lexus bdub
i dont know i would need ta hear the sound a 2.25" exhaust makes comin out a 5" tip . ya dats ricey. but props for the set up. and i wouldnt put a duel exhaust on a 5sfe im planin on doin a 1MZ swap and puttin on obx headers or fabricate "a true duel exhaust system." i like the sound duels make a gotta a VR4 and plan ta upgrade that to a tanabe. the camry is probably goin ta get a custom exhaust system cuz i hear the motor mount is in a fucked up place.
my brother claims it sounds like "hammered dog shit". i kinda like the sound from inside, and last time i heard it from the outside, it had different headers (tiem still owned it then) and it sounded kinda like a supra, but not quite as muted. once i get it put back together (hopefully tonight - just maintenance stuff) i may try to get some video. we'll see!
