3rd Generation Passenger rear window wont go down

I have a 96 camry, and my left rear window refuses to go down, even from master switch to rear switch. Although this problem has persisted for about a year or two, i finally have time to mess with it. Also when you roll the window down, it locks the door instead. Both buttons do this. But when i goto lock all doors, all doors except the left rear door locks, so im stuck with locking the rear door manually...

It started a while back when the rear door stopped locking, then the window mechanisim stopped working along with the the door locking part. So i replaced the master control switch out of another camry (93 camry), since it was the same thing. Plugged it in, now it atleast can lock the rear door with the window button. But yet for some reason i cant figure out what is wrong with it.

So today i was fiddling with it, i tried to remove the rear door but i got stuck, but now figured out what i was doing wrong, so i'll have the door off and fiddle with the connection. But any ideas as to why this is happening? It sounds like the wires are crossed but it has no reason to do this because of how the wires plug into the master switch.

Well if it was just the window not working I would say to get a new power window regulator and motor, but the locking issues sound perplexing. Maybe double check the fuses and make sure nothing's blown.
