1st cylinder missing, help please

Hello, i need help please.
i have a 95 camry 2.2L with 180k miles. It has been running rough and just failed smog, HC and CO are 2x gp max. I did a tune up on it. 10 deg btc, new plugs/cap/rotor/fuel filter/o2sensor. But the 1st cylinder is not getting fuel or air. I pulled out the plug wire and noticed no difference in idle. compression is good at 210 within 5% of the others. Plug wire tested at 12k ohms. i squirted some carb cleaner in the intake and it didnt smooth out so i dont think its running lean. i also pulled the throttle body and cleaned it well. Is it a clogged injector? do i have to pull the injector or does the on car cleaning work for clogs? I havent replaced the wires or looked at the valves yet. Any ideas for things to look at or try would be great before i pull the injector. Thank you

Is the plug actually firing? Pull the plug, reconnect to wire and lay it on the top of valve cover. Have someone turn the engine over to see if it sparks. Is the plug wet? Sounds like it either injector not delivering fuel or no spark. Dry plug = no fuel. I have seen a wet plug (fuel) and a spark. The plug was breaking down under compression and not firing when installed. That does not seem likely after your tune up but stranger things have happened.

If the plugs are in question, change them. Check for spark on the valve cover as stated. Inspect the injectors and soak them in paint thinner. Assemble see what happens.

Thank you for the help! i didnt think to look and see if the plug is wet, the plug was wet. I swapped 1 and 2 plugs and no difference was noticed. I did the valve cover test with the plug out, its sparking, but when i compared it to the 2nd cylinder plug/wire and it was not as strong. So with new wires problem was solved! thank you, you saved me a lot of time.

I have the same problem with my 99 corolla. Took it to the dealer for a diagnostic and the #1 fuel injector was stuck open full.
