Two things I hate about my camry..

The automatic transmission and the fact the center console reminds me of a golf course. I'm the 2nd owner of this lady so I don't know if this is factory or if the previous owner thought this looked good. Does anyone else have this crappy green fabric??

Anyways, excuse the crappy iphone pictures but this is what I did with $1.77 worth of materials (Really enough to do about 4-5 cars) and about 15 minutes of my time.

Looks about a hundred times better. Couldn't be happier

lol the green isn't factory, however i don't think any Camry models come with anything like that in the center console. the previous owner must of added it for some strange reason.

the leather interior looks superb. lets see some pics of the interior!

also for some more 'umpfth' when you're accelerating, use the ECT button located to the left of your shifter.

I wonder whyyy someone would do this then?!?!

Thank you on the compliments. I try to keep the leather fresh. I'll have to take a mini photoshoot before I leave for college because this beauty is clean inside and out. As boring of a car as it is, I'm tremendously attached to it...meaning...my wheels look cleaner than a 2010 camry's because I spend half an hour cleaning each one

That's odd, the previous owner must have been into arts & crafts and decided to spruce up their Camry

As far as the auto trans, Toyota makes some of the best. My mom's gen 3.5 is still silky smooth after all these years - all I do is drain/refill the ATF once a year. My aunt's Accord (just a year older) feels very clunky and unrefined.

Yeah my transmission is in great shape (KNOCK ON WOOD!), I just wish it was manual for added fun. All that v6 torque with a manual would just feel great.
