Engine Issues 1MZFE

Hey guys,
motor rebuild was done, engine is locked up - wont turn over.

1MZFE Engine

I need a definate answer to this question:

Can you use 1997 1MZFE Main caps with a 2002 1MZFE Engine block?
When i torque down the 97 caps on the 02 block, it becomes "locked up". If I can, then I know that I have a bad machine job on my crank. If I cannot, then that means I will need some 02 caps.

Any input is appreciated. Please state whether or not you are 100% certain or not.

The 100% certain is likely scaring off some suggestions.
