Wheel fitment plz..

finally moving on! got my 2k paycheck and now im looking at these rims http://tucson.craigslist.org/pts/1340957070.html i know this bolt pattern of 5x114 will fit my 94 camry, but im not too sure about the offset. the wheels on here are 215/45, does the 45 match up?

plan on painting the inside spokes gunmetal black with keeping the lip chrome. any ideas on how much i should offer for these..i already told him ill beat any current offers he is receiving so..

i got mine with worn michelin rubber for $450
215/45/17 with +40 offset originally

now i'm on 225/45s

In my opinion (and only mine), they look like arse.

I'd suggest finding something slightly more appealing than that...

But yes, 5 x 114.3 and anything from +38 to +45 would be ideal mate.

i think it would look good on mine, esp with the beige/black theme im going for. about how much is a good drop? i called a local shop and they quoted me about $500. if it saves me money doing it on my own ill try that. but for sure i think im gonna get these and paint the spokes gunmetal

Black and beige, me too!



A good drop is relative to the owner. Some say 1-2" is fine, others say they need to slam that ish to the ground! What did the shop quote you for (partswise)? I highly reccomend reading through the gen 3 suspension threads on here before you have a shop do it. The basics you'll need are lowering springs and performance struts. General rule of thumb is that the cheaper the springs the worse the quality, handling, but lower drop, and vice versa. Also, diy the suspension job. Gunmetal would look badass imo
