not a standard spring question..

ok well about a year ago i got brand new H&R sport springs for my 95 camry 4cyl. as a gift, i did not have any money at all so i couldnt get new struts at the time. and to make it worse the stock ones were mostly worn out already, i finally have some cash flow and am going to get tokico blues, but its been so long, im afraid im might have ruined the springs. can they handle that kind of over compression for about a year or do i need to get new ones?

My opinion

Springs are designed to withstand a lot of punishment. IMO, I don't think that one year's worth of bad struts will ruin them.

^ Agreed...

Unless you did Jackass style bush bashing in your car? Then you shouldn't have any issues from what I can think of.
