3rd & 4th Generation (1992–1996 & 1997–2001)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 1992-1996 & 1997-2001
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Hi guys, Below are some pictures of the new headlights that I got in today. The headlights will fit on Gen 4 Camry only, but the headlights will not fit on gen 4.5. These headlights are aftermarket, made for Asian market. Unlike the JDM version, the light output cut off is LHD (Left hand drive) not RHD (right hand drive) like in Japan, England, Australia. etc.
What do you guy think about them? Do they look better than the OEM ones?
well don't be selfish, share where you got em from so we can order some too! part numbers would be cool too - Autozone carries TYC replacement lamp assemblies, so maybe we can get these there - that'd be pretty convenient!
those look WAY better, and if they're good and cheap, i'd like a set myself to replace my 98's yellowing stockers. personally i don't care for the halo or cheap projector crap, i just want nice looking headlights.
hmm now i wonder if there's matching crystal clear corners to go with these...

Well guys, unlike the OEM headlights, the front lens does not have any part number. Nor does it say TYC on the headlights, so I do not know for sure if the headlights are made by TYC. Only on the box is written TYC. For those of you that want a set, here is were you can buy a set.
ok haha that explains it I was going to pm'd you about making projectors for the gen 3 but since I heard you weren't on here for awhile, I just settled on buying from depoautolights.com

Yea, I was busy, and out of the country for a while.
that site you linked to says they're TYC parts, so do you mind sharing the part numbers off your boxes? we could look them up and verify what they are before actually ordering. might be able to get em cheaper than 150, but then again 150 shipped isn't a horrible price for a pair of headlights. the light pattern doesn't look too bad either.

Gibson99, There is no where on the headlights written TYC, or any other brand. Information below is the only info that I found written on the back of the headlights. Like I said before, only the box that the headlights came with say TYC, and the box is perfect fit, like it's made for these headlights.

That's all the information I found on the headlights. Let me know if you find any one selling these type of headlights.
