no spark

i have changed plugs,wires,cap,rotor,coil,distributor,and igniter still no spark.my obdII code was p1300 an igniter code.i am now working on figuring out how to check for the trigger signal from the ecm to igniter & what to look for.

Have you checked compression.
Does the engine appear to turn over rapidly.
Could be a timing chain/belt. ((A long shot)
Take note of dist. rotor position, replace cap, crank briefly.
Take rotor cap off, has rotor moved?
