1996 Camry power window

I have a 1996 4Dr Camry, the right front (passenger) window will not work with either the master window switch or the right window switch. I connected the window motor directly to a battery and the window works. I also connected a test light (to check for voltage) to one of the wires coming off the right window switch, if I pressed up or down on the switch I get voltage to the wire. when I put the test light on the other wire the same thing happens. Also, when I press the master window switch for that window I get nothing. Please help.

Ok, so the window motor works.

Now, you're saying you connect a test light to the connector that you pulled off the motor. And it's shows voltage when you press up/down? And the motor doesn't turn?

You may have a bad ground wire in that bunch. I'd suggest checking using a volt meter and verify the juice actually flows when using the meter rather than one of those hand-held test lights (if that's what you're using).
