Front left squeeling

It's coming from my tire. I just had new tires put on but haven't had the alignment set yet. It's not a brake squeal, I've heard what that sounds like. My brakes are almost new anyhow.

It only happens when the car has been sitting for a while and the engine is cold.

Ideas?

Edit: Doesn't matter if I'm on the brake or not. It's sporadic.

When you say on or off the brakes, do you mean the car is still moving, right?

If you rotate the tires, does the noise move sides? That would be a good tell.

The car is moving, yes. Whether I'm coasting in neutral or braking, it doesn't make a difference.

I'll rotate the tires tomorrow and see if it makes any difference.
