Front struts noise. (spring squeezing?)

My car is 96 Camry V6LE.
I have used H&R Sport spring and Tokico HP shock for about 3 years.
Recently I hear some noise from the front (both sides).
I have no idea where the sound coming from.

I did replace the new KYB strut mounts when I installed the struts, but still used the old insulators.
Could this be the noise of spring?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

sounds like a bad strut to me.

wow sounds bad...

i have some what the same sound.. but i only hear mine when i drive... i dont have to push down on the car to make the noise

I read some discussions talking about the bad struts might cause noise.
Hopefully not.

Trying turning right and left each going over some sort of bump.

If you hearing a clunking noise the struts need replacing.
