3rd Generation Headlight problem 1995 Camry

Hi All, The problem consists of, I have low beam lights and all turn signals. When I turn on the high beams they won't come on. The high beam flash works fine. When the dimmer switch is on high I have voltage at the plug to the lights, but no ground. I checked both grounds of both lamps back to the plug in for the dimmer switch all good. The ground feeding the dimmer switch white and black wire is also good. I checked my dimmer switch according to Toyota Service manual high beams contacts have 300 ohms across them, low beams has zero, could this be a problem, does any one know if this could be the cause of the problem?? Thanks for any help I also checked the intergration relay all good according to manual

Headlite problem

Yes I do have voltage on one of each pins on each lite recep. The other pins which are the grounds are not there, I can jump those pins to ground and both side come on. All grounds feeding light switch are good, was figuring on a bad dimmer switch?? needed some input from other toyota owners. Thanks for responding

Since the high beam flash (pull stick towards you) is working i'd think thats it's a problem in the switch in the steering column. I'd pull it apart and check it out. Theres a bunch of phillips head screws underneath it that hold it on....easy removal. and

Headlight problem

Thanks for responding , I have to agree with you, as many checks that I have made I feel it is the dimmer switch. It does not hurt to get a second opinion. I made a recent mistake and paid for the services of just answer for toyota the guy told me to check the wrong wire on a toyota truck speedo problem, I went and bought the sensor 125.00 it did not fix it I found the problem and fixed it myself. I will order the switch and install it, Thanks again
