If it's like my Gen 2 Camry, open the boot and by the hinge, there should be a little black thing attached to the body. That's the seat belt reel. There's a plastic cover on the reel that you lift and it will reveal the anchor bolt. Make sure you don't try to lift the top of the reel, that's the spring mechanism and will snap back to neutral, completely stuffing the belt as you won't be able to put it back on.
I think you need to remove the seat cushion or side cushion trim to reveal the other bolt. Should be simple if you follow it.
