What PSI do you inflate to? (Gen 3)

I recently got new tires and Discount Tire did 30 PSI on 195/70 R14 BFGoodrich tires, but they look a little under inflated.

How much do you guys inflate to?

I inflate cold tires to whatever the sticker on the inside of the door panel says.

Some days it'll look flat but when I check the pressure it's right on, sometimes it's just the way it sits.

32 is what I inflate the Camry to. 195/70R14's will always look a little "underinflated" due to the large sidewalls. I tried to make them a bit more square once by inflating to 38psi... lost a noticeable amount of grip.

35 psi all the way around. I found that it gave me the best mpg at that rating.

I like 31 in front and 34 in the rear, except in the winter then they are both 34.

That works too, but I usually I mean lately keep it around 32 in summer all four and 34-35 winter.

Best thing to do is read on the tires or maybe it even states it in the manual to how much psi the car expects it's tires to have.

3rd Generation

I had 145 in my D S rear tire once

Real scary though

My friend lent me his power booster pack and it has a small compressor on it ( goes to 200 psi ) so i decided to inflate the tire a bit but nticed it would take some time as it was trickling in the air
So i went inside and left it going
I mentioned to my wife - DO NOT LEt me forget it is on - well..........
2 hours go by and i decide to have a piss and i am looking out the front window of the house an see the cam in the driveway Then it kicks in my head OH MY GOD !!!!!
Compressor on car - I rush outside and the thing is still pumping but sounding very strange as it is overloading the tire - I gently removeed the comp and started letting air out for 15 minutes !!!! OMG lucky she didnt blow !!!

About 40 psi all around.
According to new EPA standards i should be getting 23/29. I'm getting 34/39. Of course, i changed my driving habit too.
I'd say 38-40 psi is about right for your car for some extra MPG's. Should hurt tire life, but i'm not an expert nor do i condone over inflation. I do it on my car because i'm not going to keep it for that long and i want to see how many MPG's i can squeeze out of it.

I keep the 17's on the Coupe at 34-35 psi.

Just check the sidewall for max psi, I usually go 5 below that!

Now the GMC with the 20's, max psi is 44..I keep the inflation at 38-39..much easier to monitor with the TPS and the Driver Information Center on the dash!
