Camry P0171 and P1133

I have a 97 Camry displaying P0171 and P1133, both with "pd" on the code reading . The CEL was on before and I erased it then about a week later did the code scan. The light still hasn't come back on and I need to get it smogged.(CA) Assuming the emissions are clean enough, will it pass with these codes and the light still off?

Looks like you may have to change out the front oxygen sensor to fix the P1133 (Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1). And maybe doing so it'll fix P0171 lean condition.

Autozone has free loaner sensor sockets. Also check rockauto.com for price comparison.
