Weird sound front right

For the last year I have been struggling against a weird clunking sound that is underneath my car in the right front side.

I have replaced the strut, the strut mount, the sway bar link, the tie rod end and the joint ball, the 2 arm bushings and still the %$#%#$ noise is there.

Does someone knows what it could be or has had a similar noise?

Any help will be appreciated.

Check the control arm too. I would also check to see if there is anything stuck in something. I can see that you have had the tire off many times and half the sh.t in there is new but I would still check. Check for weird objects around the heat shield as well... that happened to my friend.

Did you replace both sets of ball joints?? A test to pinpoint the sound is to take the tire off (or leave it on, but if you leave it on, jack up that side of the car enough so that you can get your hand underneath the tire comfortably...) if the tire is off, grab the rotor and slowly and carefully tilt the top of it towards the inner part of the car and listen for the noise. Then do the same thing but pull the top part away from the inner part of the car towards you and listen for the noise. Repeat until you hear it and when or if you hear it, move your ear toward it and do it again... you should be able to pin-point the location pretty fast by doing this. I've done a lot. Trust me... it should work.

If it doesn't work, it's not in the tire. Check elsewhere.
