3rd Generation Replacing rear passenger window

Earlier today, someone broke my rear side glass Not the one that goes up and down, its the one toward the extreme rear of the door. More specifically, this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/92-6-TOYOTA-CAMRY-VENT-GLASS-LEFT-SIDE_W0QQitemZ230370712785QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotor s_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item35a32a1cd1& _trksid=p4506.c0.m245 .

Can anyone please give me directions as to how I would replace it myself?
its a Gen3 Camry, btw...

Thank you in advance.

Lower the window.

Remove the door trim panel

remove 2 bolts holding main window

Pull the main window up and out of the door.

Remove door glass run

Remove the 2 glass channel mounting bolts and a screw

Pry the glass channel from the bottom of the window.

cant remember but i think you can just remove the window glass WITH weatherstrip together by pulling forward..

otherwise

Peel off the weatherstrip on the upper side of the vent window. Remove the 2 - 3 screws

Pull the vent window up and out of the door frame.

To install

Coat the inside of the weatherstrip with soapy water and TAP the glass channel onto the bottom of the window.

Slide the main window into the door until the 2 glass channel mounting bolts can be fitted.

Position the vent window and install the 3 mounting screws and the set bolt. Tighten the 2 glass channel mounting bolts.

Install the weather-strips.

Thank you so much abew330. I will give it a try when I get to the junkyard to find a replacement. This should be stickied onto the FAQ page for future reference...
