The main sensors that would most likley need swapping would be all the O2 sensors and the mass air meter. But if you got just a motor and are swapping just motors, then you don't have to swap those sensors because all of them will remain with the car when you disconnect the exhaust and the air intake tube.... you'll be bolting those back up, so no need to worry about swapping any of those. BUT... If you bought a parts car for the motor...then you would want to re-use all the sensors that came off your ORIGINAL motor/exhaust/intake tube, etc.

I'm confused! Your car is a 4 cyl and the motor you bought is a 6??? If so.... That's going to be a bit more involved. Your going to have to swap ECUs, harnesses and possibly fuel system components. I'm sure there is someone on the boards that has done a swap before as I have not...

You'll need Fed ECU, Fed AF/O2 sensors and cats and Fed mass air meter....but those aren't on the "motor". If you don't have those for Fed emissions, you WILL need them, those are different! You should have nothing to worry about otherwise...

The motor itself makes no difference what emissions system it is working with.
