INFO: 1996 Toyota Camry Specifications

I converted the measurments to metric...

CAMRY I4
SUSPENSION
Front................24mm
Rear.................17mm

CAMRY V6
SUSPENSION
Front................23mm
Rear.................15mm (17mm - SE)

If you want to upgrade the front sway bar, you could easily get one from an I4.

My guess is that the heavier car with stronger springs gets the thinner bars to keep the handling characteristics about the same as the lighter car with softer springs, and thicker bars.

Anyway, anyone with a v6 looking for a cheap sway bar upgrade could get the front, and rear sway bars from an I4 car.

I got the energy suspension bushings for the front sway and felt a slight difference. The clunking noise coming from my sway bar was gone and as well as turning felt a lot firmer.
