Exclamation Engine makes funny noise when I accelerate

Well I just got my car back from the shop because it was making a funny noise when I start it up and drive it. Turns out there was a hole around my flex pipe. While the flex pipe got fixed but guess what? Its STILL making noise....but these noises are totally different.

When i press the gas a buzzing sound emits from the engine and the more I press the pedal the louder that sound gets. But wait there's more ! If i floor the pedal the buzzing sound gets louder but then this brrrrroooooom sound joins in....idk what to do. IDK if its the gasket, manifold....idk. My exhaust pipe has been welded 3 times because of it bursting and random cracks....idk where the noise and exhaust problem is steaming from...idk if is from my engine rocking/jump when I change gears that's making the pipes move/flex and then break.....

Let the car sit until it has completely cooled. Start the engine, pop the hood. Stick your hands near the places where the different pieces of the exhaust bolt together. A common leak area is in between the manifold and the front pipe. It's a small circular gasket that deteriorates over time and leaks, and makes that weird noise that you are describing.

When I bought my car it was making this noise, but I didn't notice it. I thought the car is just loud because it's a 4 cylinder. I was wrong. Replaced the gasket and it's 5x quieter.
