Seek sideview mirror mounting bracket for 96 Camry

Wonder if someone can tell me where I can find the metal mounting bracket for my 96 US-built Camry. Some bozo broke off the power sideview mirror. But the mirror and the casing are intact. All that's broken is the metal mounting bracket that sits between the mirror casing and rubber rain gasket on the car. I hate to buy a whole mirror assembly just for this one metal part. Plus, even the ones that I see for sale don't mention if the metal mounting bracket is part of the kit. Any help greatly appreciated.
