I am so pissed right now.
I am just copying in a IM i just sent to adam...i need to vent.
dude my poor cam...
its getting its ass kicked
i got hit back in june
got it fixed, new rear bumper and rear driver side quarter panel repaired
a few weeks later, some asshole hits me in a parking lot and let a line of white on my passenger side rear quarter panel and tail light.
buffed out not a huge deal
first week of september, guy in a caddy hits an element which hits me, rear bumper gets all scratched up, not too bad just black marks, prolly buff out, i get a check for like $400 to fix it.
so today im at school, i go to my car to get my other books and what do i see?? WHITE FUCKING PAINT down the driver side rear bumper and tail light....oh and no note or anything of course!fucking car is getting destroyed.
and im getting so fucking pissed off

310,000 miles! car has looked great! and now everything is getting fucked up...its prolly not so bad, but trying to keep your car nice is almost impossible with fucking asshats who drive....

I am SO FUCKING PISSED OFF!!!!



UPDATE!!!!!!

I get to school late today because of an accident on I70, I park go to class from 930am until 830pm. I get to my car and my 2 way alarm is telling me the alarm went off...i look around the car and i cant see anything because its dark out, so i figure it was some fart cart that set it off... i get home go outside with a flash light......AND THE OTHER SIDE OF MY REAR BUMPER GOT HIT IDENTICAL TO THE OTHER SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY THE FUCK CANT PEOPLE DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fucking UMBC Police are useless......

I feel your pain.

My son drives my '95 I4 Camry. He was in an accident a few months ago. Rear ended somebody and barely scratched their car, but messed up his front bumper and creased his hood. Thankfully, nobody was hurt.

Before we could get that fixed, somebody did a hit and run on it in the parking lot at a local Steak & Shake and totally smashed in the driver's door.

It's sad that people will mess up somebody's car like that and then just drive away.

yea it just pisses me off, i guess im gonna be looking around for a white car with green paint on it next tuesday....

The damage is down to the plastic of the bumper, so no buffing that out. I have the check still for the accident on 695, so i guess ill just get the thing painted again. Ill prolly hit it with some rubbing compound first and see how bad it looks, maybe ill touch it up with a spray can of 6M1 i have....

to top it off, i lost my wallet after this happend...luckily an honest person found it and found me like 10 minutes later.

Ah yes, don't feel like you stepped into retard-land sometimes? The LEAST the guy could have done is leave a note, but I guess that's too much trouble right? Odd, you got you car's bumper and driver side quarterpanel replaced in June as well. How funny, our cars look alike(same paint, same year, but you have about 95k miles over me...) and got hit in the same location around the same period of time... Maybe I should watch where I park tommorow and avoid white cars! But hey, at least you got your wallet back! But yes, it's irritating when someone else effs up your car and you have to take the pain and the headache of dealing with it. Stories like that parking lot incident always make me feel happy I have 2-way and full body coverage (I believe it's called that or something along those lines) in the event it isn't my fault... I prettied up my insurance policy when I move to Detroit 2 years ago, 'cause we have a lot of un-insured, un-licensed drivers in Detroit

wait wait wait..... 1996 models should be 6P2 for the green. i thought they discontinued 6M1 green after 1995... double check your paint code! my 96 is 6P2.

i know how it feels.

My Camry's body damage is 0 result of the owner or atleast indirect fault.

When my mom had it, it got keyed on one side.
also it was sideswiped.
It got hit probably by a truck bumper while it was parked, its NY... and a huge dent in the trunk.
Some POS hit my Camry while it was on my block & grazed and cracked 17yo paint off my bumper.
Another POS rubbed his Acura (i forget the letter designation, its the Integra sucessor) and put small dents and rubbed dents on my driver's side door.
& when it was in florida while on vacation, the "shingles" off a palm tree scrapped up my paint pretty much everywhere.
& i cant forget the price of parking in brooklyn, people scuffing up your rear bumper with their front liscense plates.
THats only recent history, the past is worst.

I just park in the paid lot, and when I'm on break, I stretch her legs a little, so far it's working out (knock on wood).

this is the 2nd time ive been hit in that lot in 2 weeks!!! never had an issue before! this is my last semester! wtf.

Maybe complain to campus security

I'm doing that tomorrow, they put this massive speed bump (over 6' tall ) on the way to school (campus property), car consistently bottoms out on it (even <10 kmh / 6mph)
and I think it knocked my exhaust loose today, it's hanging lower than usual... Maybe get the school to buy me a new one if I'm lucky
