1993 Camry 6 cyl Le

All of a sudden I sprouted a noise at 85 kilometers per hour (not before).
I was on the highway and thought it was the wipers vibrating, but my friend was able to pinpoint it towards the top of the windshield behind the rearview mirror.
If you push in the area hard it stops making the noise, I can't see any leak from the outside it appears perfectly sealed (I thought maybe air was coming in and making the noise).
The noise is driving me crazy, HELP

does a strip of masking tape at the location outside help? There is "flow able" silicone sealant for this.
