3vz plumbing help

hey guys, just finishing up putting in my new engine but i cant remember where a few hoses go.

1. under the intake manifold, acis side. theres a port here, dunno where it goes.

2. port next to the top radiator cap next to the manifold.

3. which heater hoses go to the firewall. e.g., pipe with all the sensors goes to the top or bottom firewall port?

also, whats the best place to put the main battery ground?

these might help for now, but are not exactly specific pics of what you need. i'll grab some more specific pics when i'm in the garage today installing my new window regulator.
