Fender Liner Stuff

Ok so today while driving home doing about 60, my passenger side front fender liner started dragging. So I pull off into a driveway (under the orders of the HP to get off the road at a safer place). Anyway I pull into the driveway and it snaps off. Couple of questions

1. It looks like the nuts that connect to the bolt (that normally hold it) have gone missing. Anyone know what size nut goes there?

2. Anyone know where to get a replacement? I looked on ebay and the one I found looks nothing like the one that goes on my car?

3. It also looks like a few clips are missing. Those I can find at AZ, Oriellys, or AAP right?

junk yard best bet to get everything bolt and liner, or else rock auto and i have no idea on the bolts

Thanks for the response, I'll have to take a look at the local JY's to see if they have anything.
