Lightbulb Things I did ,but still questions

Hi guys. I posted this long time ago but there was no luck. Now I understand toyotas better maybe I will be able to get some ideas from your suggestions.
Since I started driving 97 6V 118k It always seems like lagging on low rpm. between 1000 and 2000 on low speeds it will move like it doesn't get enough power. I starts jerking a little bit.

Oil has been changed every 2500( AUTO RX has been used as well.)
Tranny fluid has been recently changed
Throttle body has been cleaned
Throttle body sensor was replaced.

As far as I know this Toyota has been doing this at least since 50k that is when my wife got it. Is it possible that some belts need to be replaced? Maybe alternator doesn't give out enough power?? Something with gasoline lines?? I feel like when I put 89 gas and not 93 I start getting engine light. I'm almost out of ideas on what could cause that jerking. Please let me know what you think. Thanks

it was giving me valve sensor position P1401 I think it was. I changed the sensor but light was still on. Unless it got reset and that is the reason why it is off now. I will try to get the video tomorrow. Thanks

I recorded those on my digital camera if the audio on the second clip is not enough I will take my sound recording system in and try to get good audio.

5 to 10 seconds you will see how unevenly rpm clock goes up that is when jerks happen

5 to 10 sec you will not see but hear how engine struggles it wont be too loud but I hope you can spot it.

Is this PCV valve?? it is wet around it I'm guessing it was never replaced. Should I get toyota one or any pcv valve from auto zone will do?

It's hard to tell in that pic, but that is the PCV valve. Yes replace it if you haven't. It's relatively cheap and an aftermarket one will do just fine.

i'm going to say new fuel filter then run alot of injector cleaner through prolly like a full bottle of seaoam or lucas. also when was the last time the plugs were changed?

P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected

check your vacuume lines with the egr and there is a little filter that needs to be cleaned, there another little thing where the top flips open and you can clean it.

Ok I found the filter. it is connected with the metal pipping. What will happen if I disconnect it ? Will fuel start spilling?? There was something in haynes manual about disabling the pressure? Do I disconnect the battery for this as well? Thank you for your time

i noramly leave it over night and by the next day most of the fuel drained back in to the tank. but i think the correct way is to pull the fuel pump fuse and crank the car till it burns all the fuel

Hey again. I changed the pcv valve it is good because old gornett was leaking a little. Car still does the same thing. I got the fuel filter but there is no way in hell for me to unscrew that bolt that holds old filter. When i took pcv valve out I saw there was a lot of sludge inside that area, if that makes the difference. My camry definitely feels like something has to be cleaned or filter replaced.

I just ran sea foam through the booster line. Should I run another bottle tomorrow if let say system needs good cleaning? or will it be unhealthy for the car?
