Need Help 97 Camry

I have a 97 Camry with what I was told was the factory anti-theft system where you have to pull the turn signal switch back towards you in order to start the car. If you dont do this it just honks when you turn the key. Today I put a new battery in the car it started fine three or four times then I drove it for about 45 minutes. Well no more than 15 minutes since I got home my wife tried to go to the store and the car just honks when we try to start it and wont start. I search the forum but could not find anything with this set up or I am just blind. Can anyone give me any advise on this?

i've never heard of that before. but give it some time and someone might have an answer for you.

or you could find th wires and take them out and turn your car back to the way it should be.

There is no way that's an OEM Fujitsu-Ten alarm!

See if the faxback number still works, you can get complete instructions on the installation/wiring. Maybe this will help you remove that thing in there.

310-327-9905 you will need a fax machine/number to recieve fax back from them.
