Question camry 99 headlight wire problem

Hello!!!

I need some advice desperately

My sister kept drivng my 2.2L camry 99 after the front driver's tire blew off.

The blown tire hit the inner fender and wire harness.

Loot at the pic here

When I saw my car, it was like ( no starting, no lights, no locking doors like dead)
After my car was towed to my house, I soldiered ever 2 wires that had the

same color and replace blown fuses with new fuses. Finally, it could start

and everything worked fine except the headlights(both LH and RH, but the highbeams work fine). I
(curise control doesn't work but I don't need it and the automatic daylight works well)
replaced fuses and relay but nothing worked. I believe that I soldiered

wrong wires because some wires had the same colors.

here is my questions.

1. what color is the wire harness of the headlights?
(according to haynes manual, it looks like w-b or r-y. I can't understand the wiring diagram. plz tell me)

2. If that doesn't work, I want to buy a headlight kit. plz recommend one that has a wire harness and a switch.

3. When it gets dark, the automatic light works fine. When I drive, the highbeams work. When I step on the brake pedal, the low beams work. Can I use this or am I going to get a ticket? I am living in L.A.
thank you

You can download a Toyota factory service manual for free at the top of the Camry forum over at AutomotiveForums.com. Download the generation 4 manual. It should have a wiring diamgram you can use.
