oily stuff in the intake ???

i took the intake hump hose off today and there was a brown oily film all over the throttle body
why is this going on and what can i do to fix it

hey thanks guys i cleaned the throttle body a couple of weeks ago ill have to try and get the pcv valve for it theyr not to expensive right?

um k i just changed out the pcv valve it took me...longer to find somthing to prop the hood up than it did to change the valve!!! so simple and easy (sigh) why cant more things be this way

oil catch? thats like an in line filter to absorb oil right? send me a pic
