Question looking to upgrade plugs/wires

so this is basic but i need any advice possible. got an 01 w/ the 2.2L. injen short ram intake, OBX header, custom exhaust. I'm looking to upgrade the spark plugs and if possible the wires. does anyone have any suggestions? thanks guys
