USA no idle

A 96 camry 2.2 engine,auto will not start without pressing accelerator. then will not continue to run without pressing accelerator. If i remove vac hose closet to front on intake car will idle. it will run fine with hose disconnected. I disconnected throttle position sensor and it made no diference. any help would be appreciated

Chances are good the IAC and throttle body need to be cleaned. Read this thread for further details.

1989 Camry-Gone but not forgotten. Car has become a birthday gift for my cousin.
1997 Mazda B2300 213,xxx miles - New flasher relay installed.

Yeah most likely throttle body. Run some sea foam through booster line. I just did it yesterday, smoked the neighborhood heh.
