rear tires hitting wheel wells, help!

I have a 99 Camry 5f-SE that has bigger tires and rims now, i think the stock tire was 195/70R14. I now have 215/55R17's. When ever i have a decent amount of weight or people in the back seats i can hear the tires hitting the wheel wells when i hit bumps. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to stop this problem? I would also not like to go so much smaller in tire size because my speedometer it back to normal with the bigger tires. any help is appreciated!

you can get the cheapie lift things they put in the shocks, or zip tie in a block of wood if your feeling boro.

where do the tires hit? do they scrape the lip on the fender?
