i just picked up this 95 camry

it sat for a yearand the rear wheels wont turn seem frozen
the calipers are loose from rotors seems like the parking brake was left on and now the parking brake shoes seem stuck to rotors!!!kept engaging parking brake and disengaging it and rapped on rotors with hammer but to no avail

I left mine parked at the airport for two weeks while on vacation with the parking brakes on. The brakes stuck to the drums and the wheels would not turn. A guy in a 4x4 pulled it back and forth a couple times with a tow strap until they broke free. Now mine doesn't have rear disk so I don't know if this makes a difference. I have not used my PB except for a short periods of time since then.
