Would like to say hello! :)

Hello Camry owners!

Ive recently gone back into a Toyota and yes it is a Camry. I "bought" my parents old 1992 Camry LE I4 by paying for some maintence for it. Its pretty clean and I also gave it a very nice 'detail' type job this past August. It went from dull lifeless paint to reflections on the hood at night

So far Ive just done some regular maintence items on it since it has 124k miles on the clock right now but since its been in the family I know there isnt anything wrong with it.

So far Ive replaced some bulbs with LED bulbs to update the look of the car and added some HIDs to the lowbeams.

Im looking to go crazy with the crazy but in a clean way, no sloppy bodykits and fart-can exhaust for me.

Here's a few pics of the car:

I've never seen a white Camry that wasn't all smashed up or rusted, It looks good too! Gotta get that dent pulled and it will look like new.

you have a great color car to go "crazy" with. white is elegant so you can go pretty far and it still looks good.

my best advice is to spend some time checking out the stickies in the camry forum and searching things ya might want to do. Also ive found checking out cardomain is a great source of inspiration when it comes to modding.

I just threw a set of 6000K HIDs lights with the 9006 connection in there because I got a good buy on them from a previous group buy. Also I had a stock HID system on my previous car and I just hated the halogens and squinting at night to see the road.

Im looking forward to trying to buy a set of projectors or custom retrofitting a set myself.

HAHA! Thanks a lot! I love Toyota's Super White. Actually all the camry's my family has owned have all been white cars with gray interior
Im looking at getting the dent pulled but I mean one small dent in a front fender after 18yrs of ownership of the car(used to be grandparents, then parents, now mine) isnt bad at all.

I have a set of MB Wheels "weapon" style, in bronze 16in sitting in my garage waiting on new tires for the car. I love of the look of the white car with bronze/gold rims
I originally thought this car was going to be a DD but a quick glance on cardomain when I was bored made me realize that the car actually has a loyal following of modifers and that it truly is something unique on the streets to see a modded 3rd gen Camry.

Well with my 'tuner' mindset I have some interesting ideas for my Camry. My list includes:

1. Lowered stance
2. RSB
3. Custom 2.25in cat-back exhaust with 3in muffler tip (looking at modifying a newer TRD muffler)
4. SRI or custom CAI
5. Bore and Stroke engine to 2.4L
6. Turbo/Super/Twin/Tri charge the engine
7. Slight aero add-on (that Tauras lip is unique even if it is a Ford body part)
8. Custom Projector Headlamps, clear bumper lights and 'Euro' tails
9. JDM "Scepter" panel
10. possibly a 5spd swap (an auto would be more consistent though)

bronze and white are an awesome combo. a few have done it here and my favorite was DAMON's car...beautiful.

Well I just got my new wheels put on today!

16x7 MB Wheels 'Weapon' Bronze
Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires

I would love to take a picture but the car would really benefit from a exponential drop for them to look real nice! lol
