1996 Gen 3 Camry

I have a 1996 Camry four-door v6...here is the issue...

Recently replaced a egr position sensor. Now I have another issue. For some reason, I now have a check engine code that says I have a generic misfire on the 5th cylinder. I have replaced all plugs, and wires, and have tested/switched the #5 coil with another, tested the fuel injector, and have pressure tested the cylinders...all seem within specs. Is there another reason/cause for a continued misfire on the number 5 cylinder? The car starts perfectly, but soon mis fires after a few minutes.

HELP!
