3rd Generation Window screech in cold weather

When my passenger side window gets about 3/4 the way up, it makes this god-awful screeching sound in colder weather that's almost as worse than nails on a chalkboard. I've recently replaced the regulator hoping that would solve the issue, however to no avail. The screech is still present! What could be causing this? Any help is highly appreciated.

How cold is it? I doubt cold weather has to do with the screeching. Maybe rain got in and rusted it and is making the noise, or just like my car, it needs lubricant. Remove the door panel and add lubricant to the motor/window regulator. Might not be the problem, but that is what fixed my noise.

Just use any lubricant. Spray it on the outside. Maybe also check the weatherstripping around the door because cold air could be seeping in somewhere and causing the noise

Make sure the front and rear tracks lower and upper are cleaned and the lower rubber track inserts are in place correctly and not folded or misformed.. I used simple green and some rags to clean mine out recently. Keep cleaning until the dirt stops appearing on rags. If you are going to lube use white lithium grease.
