No power for power lock of 99 Camry CE

Hi I am a newbie asking for help. Thanks!
Long story short, the doom light (12V, 8W) of my car went out and I tried to replace with a new one (GE 12V,5W. It said compatible on the case). However, after I changed the bulb, a bunch of problem came out: 1. No power for power lock after I turn off the engine; 2. No power for digital clock always; 3. The open door warning light off all the time; 4. doom light still not working.
They were all working great before I change the bulb. Any suggestions?

Hmmm, i would guess a fuse is burned out. Check all the fuses under the hood and under the driver side (either its under the leg area, or hidden in the coin area (now that i think of it don't think your car has the coin area)) Has to be the fuse if you did nothing but change the bulb.

I only found a 7.5A fuse in the left cornor of the hood. I will find a voltameter and check it today. Is there another one inside the car?

Could be in 2 places. Got this off the internet. Either its in the drivers seat by the left knee behind that fascia. or the tray on the left hand of the driver under the steering wheel. or what i said, behind the tray holder (have to remove it) Try those first, if you cant find it then ill go more in depth.

You dont need a voltmeter. Just take needle nose pliers and pull one fuse out at a time and look at the fuse inside. If the fuse is popped (you will know) then it is bad.

By any chance when you say doom light, u mean dome light? If so, just take the old bulb and bring into the auto part store and compare it or ask the workers there. The only reason why it blew is its the wrong type or the voltage of the bulb is too high
